Control and Prevention of COVID 19 are particularly challenging. Transmission is primarily limited to contact with cases; however, the individuals unaware of having COVID 19 (asymptomatic cases) or the suspected or probable cases will lead to the rapid spread of the disease if they are not timely diagnosed. 

The similarity of initial symptoms to other endemic diseases is another challenge in this regard. In addition, the relatively high case fatality ratio and lack of treatment of COVID 19 render this disease a significant public health threat if its spread is not halted.  

COVID 19 pandemic outbreak also considerably strains health infrastructure, and many health personnel became infected. The global spread of the disease across international borders since 2019 s also a significant cause for concern.
